Since winning Best New Comedian at Glastonbury in 1995 and moving to London in ‘96, Mitch Benn has solidified his reputation as one of the UK’s most prolific comedic musicians.

Mitch worked for BBC Radio 4’s The Now Show for over a decade, some of his other notable collaborations being performing stand-up for the Paramount Comedy Channel, contributing on two Radio 2 shows and performing with his band The Distractions at the Fringe.

In 2015, his critically-acclaimed Don’t Believe a Word tour was such a hit that it ran until September 2016. Fast forward to 2025 and his 2023 Fringe show The Point has continued to tour across the UK, finishing on 28th March. He also performs monthly livestream gigs to fans on Patreon.
