Mark is, according to the Evening Standard, “The UK’s pre-eminent pun merchant”. His debut tour Quip Off the Mark sold over 16,000 tickets at 130+ dates across the country including a hat-trick of sold out shows at the Leicester Square Theatre.

Mark placed in Dave’s prestigious Best Joke of The Fringe in Edinburgh 2017, 2019 and 2022 before finally winning in 2024. Known for his quick responses on stage, Mark is a social media sensation with over 288k followers on TikTok and Instagram combined. He has starred in two episodes of Mock The Week and produces the weekly Jokes with Mark Simmons podcast. 2026 will see Mark touring his anticipated Jest to Impress show at over fifty venues across the UK.
