Alfie Packham is a writer and stand-up comedian. As well as being a journalist for The Guardian and Observer, his writing credits include BBC Radio 4 shows The News Quiz, Newsjack and The Now Show with Punt & Dennis. 

A BBC New Comedy Award semi-finalist for 2024, Alfie is no stranger to recognition for his witty, surreal and nerdily analytical approach to life. Last year, Alfie’s debut Edinburgh Fringe hour, My Gift To You received various 4 star reviews. He went on to perform the show at the Soho Theatre, and this year is returning to Edinburgh for a second helping this year with his follow up show My Apologies to the Chef.
